3.1 Monthly Plans — 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

Monthly hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial signup date. To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp (+92 334 333 9308) or email (support@skyvahost.com) within this period.

Conditions for refund eligibility:

• Request must be made within 7 days of account activation

• Applies to first-time purchases only — not renewals or upgrades

• Account must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

3.2 Annual Plans — 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Annual hosting accounts receive an extended 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your annual plan, you are eligible for a full refund.

Conditions for annual plan refund eligibility:

• Request must be made within 30 days of account activation

• Applies to first-time annual purchases only — not renewals

• Account must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

• Free domain registration (if included) is non-refundable and its cost will be deducted from the refund

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Domain name registrations and renewals

• SSL certificates

• Setup fees (if applicable)

• Monthly hosting renewals after the 7-day period

• Annual hosting renewals after the 30-day period

• Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

3.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via bank transfer to the original payment account. SkyvaHost does not charge any processing fee for approved refunds.
