Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your hosting. This policy explains when you can cancel and when you can get your money back. Domain name registrations are not refundable once they are completed. If a yearly plan with a free first-year domain is refunded within the 30 days, the domain stays registered in your name and its normal registration price is deducted from the refund.

1. Monthly plans

You can request a refund within 15 days of your payment. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, send your cancellation request within 15 days of your billing date.

2. Yearly plans

Yearly plans have a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, yearly plans are non-refundable but stay active until the end of the billing period.

3. Student plan

Student plans are prepaid. You can cancel before your next billing date, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

4. Not refundable

• Domain registrations, renewals and transfers.
• One-time services such as website design, development or migration work that has already been done.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms and Conditions.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned in PKR by bank transfer to the account you paid from. Payment reference and invoice number are needed to process a refund.

6. How to request a refund or cancel

Email support@skyvahost.com or message us on WhatsApp 0334-3339308 with your name, domain and invoice number. We will confirm your request by reply.
