By purchasing or using any SkyvaHost service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2.1 Account Responsibility
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cPanel and WHMCS login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services
2.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SkyvaHost services for:
• Hosting illegal content of any kind
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Mining cryptocurrency
• Running bots or automated scripts that overload server resources
• Hosting adult content without prior written approval
• Any activity that violates applicable laws
2.3 Service Availability
SkyvaHost aims to provide 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control including DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or upstream provider issues.
2.4 Resource Usage
All plans include fair use of resources. Accounts that consume excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth may be throttled or suspended. We reserve the right to migrate high-usage accounts to appropriate plans.
2.5 Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
• Violate these Terms of Service
• Have outstanding unpaid invoices for more than 14 days
• Engage in activities that threaten server stability or security
Suspended accounts will have data held for 7 days before permanent deletion.
2.6 Service Modifications
SkyvaHost reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service with 30 days notice. Pricing changes will be communicated via email before the next billing cycle.
2.7 Limitation of Liability
SkyvaHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding month.related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Payment Terms
- All services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Accounts unpaid after 7 days may be suspended
- Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be terminated with data deleted
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
4. Uptime & Service Levels
SkyvaHost aims to provide 99.9% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control including natural disasters, DDoS attacks, or upstream provider outages.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
